Terms and conditions of use

1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using AdminEasy, you accept these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
AdminEasy automatically analyses the administrative documents you upload and extracts a summary, amounts, deadlines, actions and a suggested reply. Processing uses automatic text reading and artificial intelligence.
3. User account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. The service is reserved for personal and lawful use.
4. Plans and usage limits
The free plan allows a limited number of documents to be analysed per month. The paid plan raises this limit. The allowances and prices in force are shown in the application and may change.
5. User content
You retain all rights over the documents you upload. You warrant that you have the right to upload these documents. You grant us the rights strictly necessary to process and store your documents in order to provide the service.
6. No professional advice
Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not in any way constitute legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for meeting your deadlines.
7. Availability
We endeavour to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is”.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which deletes your documents and associated data. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction lies at the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory provisions.
