Purpose of the service
AdminEasy is an online service for analysing administrative documents. It lets the user upload documents (bills, letters, contracts and other documents of the same kind) in order to obtain a summary, the deadlines, the actions to take and a suggested reply.
Hosting and subprocessors
Data is processed by the following providers:
- Serveur d'hébergement — Hébergement de l'application et de la base de données (Suisse).
- Stockage Infomaniak — Stockage chiffré de tes fichiers (Suisse).
- Intelligence artificielle Infomaniak — Lecture automatique du texte et analyse de tes documents (Suisse).
- Connexion au compte (Clerk) — Authentification et gestion des comptes (États-Unis (clauses contractuelles types)).
- Paiement en ligne (Stripe) — Paiement de l'abonnement payant (si activé) (États-Unis / Union européenne).
- Surveillance technique (Sentry) — Détection des erreurs techniques (sans contenu des documents) (Union européenne).
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (brand, texts, interface) are protected. Uploaded documents and their content remain the exclusive property of the user.
