1. Data controller

2. Data collected
Account: email address, name (via our authentication provider). Documents: the files you upload as well as the extracted data (sender, amounts, deadlines, summary and other information). These documents may contain sensitive data. Usage: number of documents processed, technical data needed for operation and security.
3. Purposes
To provide the document analysis service. To manage your account and your allowances. To ensure security and prevent abuse. To send you deadline reminders, if you consent to them.
4. Subprocessors and processing locations
To provide the service we use the following providers. The text content of your documents is sent to Infomaniak (Switzerland) for automatic text reading and artificial intelligence analysis. The original files are stored on the Infomaniak backup service in Switzerland. Metadata and analysis results are kept in a database on our server in Switzerland. Account sign-in is handled by Clerk (United States, with contractual data protection safeguards).
5. Retention period
Your documents and data are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete a document at any time, or delete your entire account and data from the Settings page.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. You can export your data from the Settings page, delete your account and all your data from the Settings page, or contact us at contact@admineasy.ch with any request.
7. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, per-user data isolation) to protect your data. No system, however, is infallible.
8. Changes
This policy may change. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you in the application.
